I have been wearing these sock for years. My last pair was worn with a heal hole in one of the two socks.

I am not happy with these new socks:

They are thinner and not as cushioned as the old type.
I wear these socks as a slipper. This new design has a ruffer interior.
Not as warm as the older socks.
Appreciate that the new socks are made from recycled plastic bottles. I am not buying anything that has this story as my buying requirement.
I do not want to buy something from recycled plastic bottles that does not meet my quality expectations.

I have 6 socks out of the plastic bag. I want to return for a full refund.
